It didn’t end there ,CM’s QB Dan LeFevour led his team on an 11 play 85 yd.drive for a go ahead touchdown plus a 2 point conversion to go up by three,with 1:17 to play in regulation. However that was enough time for the tenacious Troy passing offense to gain enough yards  for a game tying Field Goal in the final seconds.34-34. After trading touchdowns in the first overtime. CM’s Vince Agnew sealed a sure win by blocking Troy’s FG attempt in which Central Michigan followed through with their FG to win in 2 OT 44-41. Each team performed over 550 yds. of total offense, each Quarterback threw for just under 400 yds. For the wagerers who decided to get involved in this one was a push if you gave 3 to Troy.
